Mechatronics Projects

The project work is core to this unit.  Working in teams on projects prepares you for professional work in any engineering discipline. Within the project, students need to gain and demonstrate that they have attained and applied new knowledge, not just applied existing knowledge.  This year we are looking at large & complex projects, which will span several years, although some smaller projects are also offered.  The idea is to focus on a good engineering contribution to the overall system, providing real contributions to an integrated, complex system.

Details of the projects offered in 2008 are shown below.  This list reflects the current enrollements in MCTX3420 & MCTX2420. Projects will consist of  teams of 2-students fromMCTX3420 and 2-students from MCTX2420.
