If you would like to apply for postgraduate studies here, please note:

a) We only offer Masters and PhD degrees by reseach, not coursework.

b) Scholarship applications for international students close on August 31st each year.

Please refer to the international students pages linked to:

http://www.uwa.edu.au/
http://www.international.uwa.edu.au/

for formal admission procedures: you should read the information and carefully follow instructions there. The UWA admissions and international centres are responsible for assessing your qualifications and will decide on your eligibility for our programs.

For information about other mechatronics and robotics research at UWA, see:

http://www.mech.uwa.edu.au/mechatronics/
(see info on final year projects where you will find a list of academics in the mechatronics discipline - these links will also give you some idea of research programmes available for postgraduate research degree students.)

When you have chosen one or two possible supervisors, write to them to ask them more about projects and scholarships. However, you should start your application process through the international centre web site as soon as you can.

We look forward to receiving your research proposals and formal application. You will find information on scholarships on these pages. Note that you may be eligble to apply for an AusAID scholarship.
