Courses

We offer broad-based degree programs complemented by a wide range of research activities and supported by excellent staff and facilities.

Teaching is by highly qualified academic staff, many of whom are widely recognised international authorities in their respective areas of expertise, and many of whom have received awards for the quality of their teaching.

Undergraduate courses

We offer programs within the four-year Bachelor of Engineering course.

Combined undergraduate courses

Students may also combine the study of engineering with a degree in Computer Science, Science, Engineering (Electrical Engineering), Arts, Music or Commerce. These combined courses require five years of full-time study to completem, but earn the student two degrees. 

Postgraduate courses

Our postgraduate courses can provide orientation through to across-the-board professional training.

Programs have been designed to maximise flexibility and qualifications may be obtained by a combination of coursework and research.

  4. PhDs and Professional Doctorates

Professional development

We also provide professional development opportunities for Engineering Asset Management, Relaibility Engineering and Oil and Gas Engineering.

These courses and units provide excellent training and development with minimal disruption to the workplace through intensive weekend workshops, evening classes and online delivery.
